Dale has been practising law for 35 years with a focus on civil litigation with a particular emphasis on estate disputes.

Dale was the President of Access Pro Bono from 2012-2014 and continues to be the supervising lawyer for the Tri-Cities SHARE Legal Advocate program.  He received the Dugald Christie Award for Advice Services in 2010.

Dale obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics from the University of Chicago, his law degree from the University of Toronto and in 2009, a Master’s degree in Liberal Studies from Simon Fraser University. He is also a contributor to the recently published book, Hushed Voices: Unacknowledged Atrocities of the 20th Century.

Dale is a Director of the New West Hospice Society and the Downtown New Westminster Business Improvement Association.
